Dear Vaibhav,
Both specializations are available in almost all B Schools. Universities are not much important while choosing MBA, but you must consider the rating of institution. Because, salary package after the course, chance to get better opportunities etc. are depends on ranking of B School / Institution from where you have completed MBA.
Some of top ranked B Schools in India are:
1. IIM - Bangalore
2. IIM - Ahammadabad
3. IIM - Calcutta
4.Indian School of Business (ISB) etc.

Hi Ahmed,
There are no entrance exams for Anna University. The admissions are purely based on merit, and they give more importance to category.
The online applications are available at www.annauniv.edu and click TNEA 2017.
The last date is May 31, and the counselling starts from June 27.
You must have at least 95% marks to get Anna University, Guindy Campus (main campus)
And, your category also matters a lot.
First, SC/ST, sports quota and then BC, MBC, general (OC) may be the order in which they call for counselling.

You could consider doing BBA or even an integrated course BBA + MBA or degree in hotel and hospital management, travel and tourism management and even bachelors in management studies.

Basically, MBA admissions are based on CAT/MAT/CMAT/XAT/NMAT and state entrance tests. So, which examination that you have taken/or to be taken, based on that, you can get admission in MBA from the best business schools. At Bangalore, IFMR, Symbiosis, Allianz University, Christ University, NMIMS, etc. are some of the the best business schools.
