For admissions in Bachelor's degree programs, you must complete 13 years education. Typically, students after 12th in India would clear the IIT JEE Advance or complete the 1st year of a bachelor degree program and then apply to a German university. Go and ask to the College authority since ILS usually starts when the results of MMS are declared.Usually after 3 caps rounds and once the second lists of cap round is out keep checking the website because sometimes the list is out even after 1st cap round.Process- you have to apply in wedsite and send the forms to college.Keep checking the sites again and again.All the best

Hi Vivek kataria, the rank is too low to get a seat in VIT Vellore. You may get a seat only under category 3,4,or 5. Yes obviously the fees will be very high as he needs hostel also. If he gets some other government aided good college or better than VIT he may join.
The fee will be atleast Rs 4-5 lakhs per annum if he can pay that money then he can go.
