There are 3 major wings based on the kind of firm you work for/with:
1- Corporates
If you're straight out of college, you would begin with Recruitment, Salary Processing & Payroll, Designing Employee Offer Letters, and coordinating all other activities in screening the right candidates.
With some experience you could move into Designing the Training Calendar, Screening Training needs based on manager feedback and employee roles, getting in touch with training providers or designing your own programs, identify leaders early and try to put them through projects and learning activities to take up bigger positions later. This would also include employee appraisals, performance benchmarking, etc.
2- Agencies & Consults
There are plenty recruitment agencies out there who basically outsourcing the screening and testing portion of the recruitment process. They're bet is on having a large base of relevant people and ideally operate in particular sectors or specific profiles and rely more on the volume of applicants.
An MBA (HR) can easily enter at a Manager level who spends more time filtering applications and matching them with upcoming jobs as opposed to interacting with applicants and getting them on board (that's for an undergraduate to do)
3- Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)
This has been the new addition to the kind of services an HR Professional can provide.
The basic idea is to have ready candidates - if an employee leaves your client midway and the client would have to spend time hunting another employee then an RPO guarantees a ready supply without any time wastage!
This is like an advanced version of a Recruitment Agency where you assume responsibility for the work and efficiency for each hire; also allowing a regular supply on time.
All 3 would require very different skill sets and commitment to understand how the business works and adapt to it.

Student Pilot License (SPL) & Private Pilot License (PPL) are intermediate stages of Commercial Pilot License Training. You will be issued an SPL by the flying club after some hours of ground classes and an internal exam. Thereafter you shall become eligible to start flying training. Its very simple logic SPL - PPL - CPL. YOU CAN SKIP PPL AS IN ANY CASE YOU ARE ASPIRING FOR A HIGHER LICENSE, WHICH WILL ALLOW YOU MORE PRIVILEGES THAN PPL. For becoming a commercial pilot, there is a specific eligibility criteria, which you should first be aware of. This is decided on what subjects have you taken in class 12th. It requires PCM to be a pilot. And, even if you have not opted for the same, then you can appear separately for these subjects and become eligible. Further, you should be aware that you are medically fit to be a pilot, so I would suggest you to visithttp://www.dgca.nic.in/medical/medical-ind.htm and go to the class 2nd examiners tab to find out doctors who will examine you for initial fitness. You can visit any doctorate from the list as per your convenience. Once you are done with Class 2nd medical, find out a suitable flying club for you as per your convenience. You can fly in India or abroad. I would suggest you fly in India. Besides finding the club, be aware that you will have to appear for:
1. Air Navigation
2. Aviation Meteorology
3. Air Regulations
4. Aviation Technical
5. Aircraft Specific
6. Radio Telephony
Here, 1-5 are conducted by DGCA and 6 is conducted by WPC. Prepare for these subjects and appear, as exams are conducted every quarterly. For preparation, flying club will help you or there are private instructors available in metro cities as well. You will fly for 200Hrs + Clear DGCA and WPC exams + Clear Class 1st medical, then you shall get your CPL. The next license is ATPL, which you shall be able to apply for once. You will then have to probably fund or self-sponsor your type rating on whatever fleet you are selected in an airline. Then, you finally get a job as a pilot. I hope the process is well explained to you. CPL is an expensive affair. It might cost you around Rs.18-20 Lacs for flying + DGCA exams Rs.500/- each exam + Medicals for Rs.10, 000 + endorsements and license issue fees around Rs.25k + Type Rating around Rs.15 Lacs. So, decide wisely before you enter the field.
