You belong to OBC Category. The cut off marks for OBC this year is 49.
Since you did not score 49 or above, you are NOT ELIGIBLE to write JEE Advanced.
But, with this score you may get any good college other than NIT,IIITs or GFTIs provided you must have a good score in your board exams.

For admissions in Bachelor's degree programs, you must complete 13 years education. Typically, students after 12th in India would clear the IIT JEE Advance or complete the 1st year of a bachelor degree program and then apply to a German university.
