You can definitely wait, but you may never know that there will be seats left after the first cut off or not, so keep that in mind. Mostly, for the best courses in DU, the seats get full in the first cut off only so they don't release a second cut off for that course. If you are getting admission in the first cut off, but you don't take it right now, you won't be able to get it later.

They have centralized placements. So, the students can apply for placements at any campus. The placement record of Jaipuria Institute of Management is quite good. Every year, big companies like HUL, Amazon, ITC, Tata, to name a few, visit the campus for placements. It can't be said about any institute whether every student gets placed or not.
