Eligibility
Candidates applying for One Year General Management Programme must:
Hold a minimum of three years Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University in India/abroad in any discipline.
Be employed in a full-time job, with at least five years of relevant managerial experience as on March 31, 2011 in an organization of repute in the public, private or nongovernmental sector after completing graduation.
Application Process
A candidate has the option of either taking XAT 2011 or submitting the GMAT Scores. Those taking XAT need to register for XAT 2011, being held on January 02, 2011. The last date of registration is November 30, 2010.
Others should send their GMAT score, which is taken between January 1, 2009 to December 31, 2010 along with their XLRI PP GMAT Form and demand draft to XLRI, Jamshedpur by January 15, 2011.

NIIT is a reputed name in the IT training industry, and the institute does offer placement facilities for the ones who have successfully completed the certification test and can possess high quality of knowledge and education.
Even HCL is a good option and considering several factors, you can always decide among the two for the Java courses.
