First of all I would like to congratulate you on your decent scores in IIT-JEE. The most important thing that you need to keep in mind while choosing your stream & Institute apart from the rank is your own interests and career aspirations. There are several streams in Engineering so it would really depend on you that which is the stream you are passionate about and whether the IIT you are choosing providing that stream or not. There are several institutes in India which are offering medical courses and same is the case under AIPMT. Providing any in particular data would be less of a possibility but then on the basis of your OBC rank, you have a good scope to secure a good college to pursue your education.
There are many institutes in India to offer MBBS, but to gain information related to the ranks in AIPMT, you are requested to contact the institute directly.

As you have not mentioned whether you are looking for Teaching or Non Teaching staff it would be difficult to give you the exact details.
