hi mohit, Bcom is normally done by those students who are also doing CA i.e. Bcom + CA together.just doing Bcom alone is not good nowadays.But if your planning to do MBA in future then you should opt for BMS as it is the base for Management studies.

yes , this is the right time, start aptitude/ maths related questions, whenever you are sick of ur regular course try attempting questions parallely yuo got to prepare for vocabulary too. try just 10 questions on the first day. ------Think about the basics involved in it. revise what you have forgotten of ur 12th level. dont try too many questions at a time. try few , then go for the revisions of the basics hidden in htose attempted question. itdepends on from which college you are, if it is not a reputed college you wot be getting a good job, so if you are not from a premium institute than better try to some courses from very reputed one, either go for MBA /mtech ar atleast a short duration project related courses.
