1. LLB, M.Com, CA or CRISIL Certified Analyst Program or in banking sector like Diploma in Banking & Financial Services.
2. MBA with specializations like Financial Management, Management Studies, Marketing Management, Human Resources Development Management, Information Technology, Retail Management, etc.
3. You may even go ahead further with E-MBA or Executive Program in Applied Finance - IIM Calcutta.
4. Short term courses- Diploma In Treasury And Forex Management, Merchant Banking And Financial Services, Export-Import, Foreign Trade, Financial Management and Banking.

Genetic Engineering (GE) :
*** The basic eligibility criteria for a graduate degree is 10+2 or equivalent examination, with Biology, Chemistry and Mathematics as well as genetics as part of the biology
OR
a bachelors degree in science or molecular biology.
*** A qualified genetic engineer, must have a graduate / postgraduate degree in genetics or related fields such as biotechnology, molecular biology, microbiology or biochemistry.
*** Most institutes do not offer it as a special discipline but as a subsidiary in biotechnology, microbiology, biochemistry.
*** Best places to pursue are university of Pune, Madras University, University of Bangalore.

Hi,
As per your query I would suggest that your son should work for 1-2 years and then opt for further studies.
The advantage of this step would be:
- Your son will gain relevant work experience.
- After working your son will know which course to pursue that can further enhance his career prospects, i.e. if he wish to build his career in technical field, then he may pursue masters in same or related fields, whereas if he is interested in management then he may pursue MBA.
- The other advantage of work experience would be that during admission in MBA, he will have advantage over candidates with no work experience.
I would suggest that before opting for any course your son must first decide in which field he wish to build his career and accordingly he can select the best course as per his interest and liking.
As a student he should give his 100% in whichever course he opt for, and if he does well then getting a good job with handsome salary should not be a problem.
