Hi,
You can opt for either of the two. As for choosing the best, you can consider parameters such as Faculty, Course Material, Quality Education, Fees, Accreditation, Infrastructure and Placements.
And for best results, I may suggest you to personally visit both the institutes and interact with the existing batches and also try reaching alumni for clear and transparent review.

Hi,
One of the best approaches while deciding on your subjects/ stream is to opt for or look at doing something that you are good at and would enjoy.
The choice will depend on your individual interests, personality, aptitude, ability, strengths and career goals since both the programs and universities are good.

Dear Harmeen,
Complete your MBBS in Russia and get an internationally recognized degree that is equal to a degree received in any European country (as per the laws of the Bologna Convention) and practice in India or whichever country in the world like thousands of our Indian students (more than 50% girls) are already doing.
Finish your entire course in INR 12 - 15 lacs (universities being government universities and hence fees subsidized by the government)
For comparison of doing MBBS in USA, UK, India / any other country as compared to Russia, read the following article
