NO they are not accepting. Their Admission Procedure is given as follows :
Those wish to join through IMU selection must clear the IMU-CET. After counseling based on the merit in IMU-CET, the university will allocate the institute.
For management seats : IMI undertakes Aptitude, IQ, Reasoning and Psychometric tests followed by an interview. Direct sponsorship by shipping companies are also accepted. The final selection and admissions are subject to the guidelines by IMU, Chennai.

Dear Mr. Srivastava,
If the entrance score is not as per the expectations, the other way is to pay huge donations and get a seat under management quota.
A much better option for most students is that they can complete their MBBS/BDS in Russia and get an internationally recognized degree that is equal to a degree received in any European country (as per the laws of the Bologna Convention) and practice in India or whichever country in the world like thousands of our Indian students (more than 50% girls) are already doing.

dear rahul you are doing B SC regular which is good course doing two things at a time will not be legal as well as advisable. you need to obtain good percentage in each courses for better placement . if you have both degree but less percentage one will also not useful
rahul you can plan M TECH or master degree in your subjects. if you wants to do diploma you would have completed after 10 it self it is too late to think
pl do your study in completion master in area . plan for lot of job available after master degree

you can join so many courses in it fields . diploma in it is also good . pl try to attend common entrance test for engineering in state . get admission in BE or B TECH in IT fields
you also can plan to join BCA courses which is three years six sem course. you are eligible to join BCA
