BACHELOR OF MANAGEMENT STUDIES ( B.M.S ) has many carrier options. But I have one confusion that among M.Com and MMS which is best. But MMS is good option with more sophisticated jobs. Because of reason that M.Com is more a academic qualification while MMS is Professionalism Oriented.

Dilip you should first register yourself with some good job portals. You should also meet some job consultancy near by, like MAFOI, ABC Consultancy, P6, Etc. you will definitely get a job, it may take time but be you will get.

Apply for MBBS if thats what u really wish to do and it is also much in demand. In case you had no alternative and thats why you opted for physio, let me tell u u can complete your MBBS in Russia and get an internationally recognized degree that is equal to a degree received in any European country (as per the laws of the Bologna Convention) and practice in India or whichever country in the world like thousands of our Indian students (more than 50% girls) are already doing.
Finish your entire course in INR 12 - 15 lacs (universities being government universities and hence fees subsidized by the government)
