Please remember in order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
As per your profile I would suggest you to apply for improvement exam and prepare well so that you may score atleast 50% marks.
The other option for you would be to pursue MBA through distance education, for your reference find below some of the finest universities to pursue MBA through distance education:

As per your query, it seems that you are pursuing B.com, so once completed you have two options:
1.To opt for a job.
2.To opt for further studies (MBA, M.com etc)
However, as per your profile I would suggest you to work for 1-2 years after completing your B.com and then opt for further studies.The advantage of this step would be:
- You will gain relevant work experience.
- After working you will know which course to pursue that can further enhance your career prospects.
- If you are interested in pursuing MBA, then this work experience would help you to decide which specialization to opt in MBA that can further enhance your career prospects, however as per your profile pursuing MBA in finance would be the best option for you.
Finally, if you work for some years then you may yourself manage the expenses of your further studies.

There are several factors that need to be considered before choosing a particular stream after Class 12.
This is because the chosen stream would determine which path your career would take and the two main factors that should be taken into note while choosing a stream are:
Aptitude of the student
Personal Interests
Options for you-
B.E/B.TECH
BCA or B.SC CS/IT
B.SC (either of PCM subjects)
B.COM, B.B.A or B.B.M
B.A English or Economics Honors
Bachelors in Journalism and Mass Communication
Besides, you may also consider-
1. Foreign language if aim for an interpreter’s job in the consulates and embassies. Some of the choices in this regard are French, Spanish, German, Russian, Japanese or Chinese.

CS or MBA which one is better clearly depends on your inclination, whether you like to enter into a specialised stream or you want something general.
Company secretaryship in India is imparted by ICSI, a body constituted under a parliamentary act, as a result no company in India can come into existence or finish its existence without a CS, moreover every company having a paid up capital of 5 crores or more is compulsorily required to appoint a full time company secretary. The prospects are immense from companies to stock markets as CS's are also expert in securities etc, and also the future is more secured as compared to MBA from an average college.
MBA is easier to pursue if you think of taking admission in an average college that is also easy. It is good only when you do it from a top college otherwise u will only lead an average professional life and if you are not an excellent professional you may face problems in times of recessions etc. So if you want to do MBA excellent but prepare hard and go for good college.
Lastly when it comes to earnings it is purely personal caliber, people with same qualifications are often seen to have massive difference in their earnings.
