Dear Student,
CS or MBA which one is better clearly depends on your inclination, whether you like to enter into a specialised stream or you want something general.
Company secretaryship in India is imparted by ICSI, a body constituted under a parliamentary act, as a result no company in India can come into existence or finish its existence without a CS, moreover every company having a paid up capital of 5 crores or more is compulsorily required to appoint a full time company secretary. The prospects are immense from companies to stock markets as CS's are also expert in securities etc, and also the future is more secured as compared to MB
