If they operate under the same University then you would have to produce a NOC (no objection certificate) from the old college and this should be accepted by the college you are transferring to.

Hi neel. It will pretty expensive. As accommodation will be the costly. Now to tell you a exact budget will be difficult. As your expenses and needs are different. But still a average sharing of flat will cost you Rs.5000 per month. Also please add up the transportation charges in that. Nearly just staying can be Rs.5000+.
