Mechanical and CSE are the core branches that can easily diversify later in any of the sectors like automobile, aerospace, electronics etc.
Civil engineering is a very specific and will lead to construction management courses which are in demand these days.
ECE is currently a hot branch and seeing the growth in this sector, the job demand is here to stay for next decade.
About which is better, it will mainly depend on your skills and abilities I.e. how you fit the best. You may check the payscale projection here and decide. Change it for other engineering branches to compare.
