The cut-offs vary year after year. You need to contact the institute officials personally for specific admission details as it differs from one college to another.

For general category delhiites the cutoff goes around 4-5k for COE while for other branches it goes to around 20k for MPAE or BT.

CET/ CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ MAT/ ATMA/ GMAT/ CMAT scores are accepted for admission purpose.
CET cutoff is 99.2X percentile.
Other exams cutoff is 99.9X percentile.

Hi. Since your leave requirement is a genuine one, you can request the Dean for taking leave. But remember, you have to maintain 85% attendance in all subjects, or else you would lose a Grade. Therefore for subjects with 27 sessions, you can take 4 days leave, i.e. 23/27*100 = 85% is maintained. Similarly, you can calculate for other subjects and take your leave accordingly.
