Hello Jeenang, I can understand and appreciate your angst.
However, do not loose hope. Always remember "Where there is will, there is a way". I feel you should give yourself a chance by taking a break of one year, preparing well over the next year and attempting again. If worse comes to worst, you will lose one year. Right? But don't think about it. Think what if you make it!

If you have completed your graduation, you can. The eligibility of MBA is merely graduation.
You shall appear in entrance tests or exams on the basis of graduation. You need to do well in the entrance exams and that will take you to MBA.
The history you mentioned needs to be overshadowed by your good work in the selection test.

Yes, you can apply for M.Sc. in biochem if you had it as a subject in B.Sc. even for a semester. Or even if not, then being a PCB student in class 12th makes you eligible to apply for it. But admission will be based on an entrance test which you must qualify in order to study the same.
