For example, one might be recognised worldwide but might not have good placement facilities. Therefore, it is really futile unless you take all of the aspects into consideration. The question you are asking is very tricky. Please get a clarity about what subject you would want to pursue. If you get a subject you might not like in a great college. It might not be interesting and hence it loses its importance. So, get a clear idea of which subject you want pursue and then explore college options.

Your percentage is low to have admission in DU regular, but you may try DU SOL.
You'll get a graduate degree. Also, you can do a part-time course which will also add to your biodata. Do some computer course or language course side by side.
In SOL, I will suggest you to pursue B.A. English Hons. After that, you can have a good job in an MNC with a language certificate also.
