Yes, BA in psychology can help you in being a good motivation speaker, because you get to learn about human behavior and mind which is useful when we are motivating someone. Although, it's not compulsory to do it, you can do diplomas too to be a good motivational speaker. You have lots of option, so don't lose hopes. Focus on your exam, complete your class 12th. There are so many colleges who left seats for students appearing in compartment exams. And also, you can do courses which do not require Maths as subject, so just pass your exam first then apply for colleges.
