Hi,
After completing B.Tech you have 2 options:
1.To opt for a job.
2.To opt for further studies (MBA, M.Tech etc)
As per your profile I would suggest you to work for 1-2 years after completing your B.Tech and then opt for further studies.The advantage of this step would be:
- You will gain relevant work experience.
- After working you will know which course to pursue that can further enhance your career prospects, i.e. if you wish to build your career in technical field, then you may pursue masters in same or related fields, whereas if you are interested in management then you may pursue MBA.
- The other advantage of work experience would be that during admission in MBA, you will have advantage over candidates with no work experience.
I would suggest that before opting for any course you must first decide in which field you wish to build your career and accordingly you can select the best course as per your interest and liking.

What is BCA
Bachelor of Computer Applications or BCA is a three year degree course taught in several institutes and universities across India. A typical BCA course deals with software design and data base management and working with multiple data in the computer. BCA deals with subjects like C, C languages, Data Base Management, Logical Analysis, Operating Systems, Software Engineering and Client Server Technology.
Scope: A BCA program is the first important step for higher studies especially MCA. It prepares a student for IT and other professions either directly related or after higher studies. BCA provides a student with the much needed exposure of Computer Language applications and prepares a student for a Masters program in Computer Applications (MCA).
Job Prospects: BCA gives a student with a solid platform to further his career in the field of technology but it is strongly recommended that a student should opt for MCA to further his prospects in this competitive world. BCA is a good course but it is simply a bachelor's level degree and not much importance is given by both private and government organizations especially when compared to a B.Tech course. Therefore one should join MCA after BCA which will improve a student's prospects immensely and companies also attach the same weightage as a B.Tech degree holder.
After completing BCA students can start as Junior Programmer or a Software Tester and then move higher up the ranks and attain the role of a Senior Programmer. IT industry is booming in India and even in times of global recession, the Indian scene was relatively stable.
Eligibility: A student from any stream can apply for a BCA course provided he or she has Mathematics and English at the 10+2 level with an average of 50% marks.
I must say clearly that after BCA you are not going to get a good job . . you will get jobs as junior means hard work Less payment. .
For Good Job and Salary you must have to complete MCA after BCA . .
And then after for a very good job and salary you can go for MBA or Mtech
Lets count the time. .
BCA(3 year) + MCA(3 year) + MBA(2 year) = 8 years

Hi,
B.Com (H) is an undergraduate degree designed to inculcate business knowledge in students.
The course curriculum includes subjects like cost accounting, organizational behaviour and then one can specialize in fields like accounts and economics.
You can also pursue courses like Chartered Accountancy along with your B.Com. You can better your skills by pursuing post graduation courses like MBA or M.Com.
The difference lies in the fact that you can specialize in a certain subject in B.Com (H), but the B.Com (P) course gives you an overview of all those subjects taught in the honours course.
You can pursue higher education after your graduation. You can pursue courses like MBA or M.Com. Compared to the honours course, the job opportunities are a little less, after pursuing this course.
