After completing B.Tech you have 2 options:
1.To opt for a job.
2.To opt for further studies (MBA, M.Tech etc)
As per your profile I would suggest you to work for 1-2 years after completing your B.Tech and then opt for further studies.The advantage of this step would be:
- You will gain relevant work experience.
- After working you will know which course to pursue that can further enhance your career prospects, i.e. if you wish to build your career in technical field, then you may pursue masters in same or related fields, whereas if you are interested in management then you may pursue MBA.

ultimately, the trainer has to be good.
the courseware should be very good.
the training infra- router and switches should be provided to you.
trainer should train you on subject point of view and also CCNA certification point of view.

As you have base of accounts & finance ( Bcom ) so go for specialization in Taxation. And after that you can start your own practice as service tax /income tax consultant or you can join any cooperate firm as legal officer.

B.Com (H) is an undergraduate degree designed to inculcate business knowledge in students.
