The cut-off marks for JEE Mains examination for each category was released on the day of result. For OBC category, the cut-off is 49. So, if you have scored 49 and above then you are qualified for JEE Mains.

Almost all the universities accept NIOS. So, yes, you can surely go ahead and re-appear for class 12th through NIOS Board.
