Failing is no crime. But, you must get up and start working hard in right earnest. So that you score very well in next exam and get qualified for admission in mechanical engineering. Of course, you will have to clear CET of your state with good marks also.

Yes, indeed. Pune University offers this course both to domiciles and non-domiciles of Maharashtra. It's a two-year course and graduation of any discipline is the criteria. This department came into existence in 1963 and has many accolades to its credit. I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information.

Hi you need to understand the career scope for both the cases. In case you are looking for the Bio chemistry, it has limited scope in private sector. Pharma has different scopes in government and private sector, as well as you can start you own business. I would say try to find the option for Pharma. Bio Chemistry may get you job, but you have to finish Ph.D. also. You can try Amity University, Sharda University, Lovely Professional University to pursue Pharma degree.

No, there is no entrance exam. Your percentage in Diploma will help you get a college and about the domicile of Madhya Pradesh, I am not sure but there are too many students who are not from Madhya Pradesh like Bihar, Bengal, Odisha, Jammu, Maharashtra, etc.
