This would depend on your interest areas and career aspirations. In case you intend to pursue a career in Technical / research / academics area then B.Tech is better. However, if you want to move into general management the MBA is better.

Only when you pay fees for the allotment against your choice in the assigned college, you are able to opt for your better branch, but it may be in another college and it may not be girl's college. You have to weigh these pros & cons before deciding to opt for second round of counseling.
