My first advise would be to complete your PG in the same subject as your B.A. However if you are interested in studying only for the sake of knowledge, then psychology is one of the best subject. It varies from college to college.
Government colleges have less fees around INR 15,000, but private college's fess are very high i.e. INR 1,21,000 or much higher than this too.
