Yes, you can purse Diploma and class 12th regularly. But, this can effect on both Diploma and class 12th. Therefore, I would suggest you please chose one thing. If I would be at your place, then I will choose class 12th, because after class 12th many opportunities are available.

See both the fields are quiet different from each other. If you opt a management program, then it will lead you towards top leading MNCs for the profile of administrative work. If you opt for M.Sc, it will lead you towards research field, lab work, hospital and healthcare sector or towards teaching.

Preparation strategy for both these exams is actually very simple. Study every subject every day. Assign time time for exercise, yoga & entertainment. Assign some time for review if concepts. Take mock test every week. Brush up on weak areas based on result of mock test.
