Cut off simply means the minimum required marks or percentage to get admission in any of institute/school/university. For example: DU second cutoff was around 99%, it means the student who got 99% and more in boards will get admission. Below 99% was not eligible, they have to wait further for next cutoff.

If you are interested in doing business then you can go for MBA after B.Com but you should have a minimum of 50% in your graduation degree to pursue it. Else, you can go into aviation or hotel management if you have interest in them.

As per my knowledge MBA in interior design is not available in India. However, MBA in various other domains do exist and one has to either appear for CAT or other specific test that the said institute recognizes for seeking admission in MBA.
