After passing class 12th, you are eligible to join Indian Air Force.
You have to appear in NDA Exam to join Indian Air Force.
NDA:- National Defence Academy
This exam is organized by UPSC twice in a year as NDA I & II.
UPSC:- Union Public Service Commission
Eligibility Criteria for Air Force:-
You should be 12th passed from recognized school/board.
You must pass class 12th with Physics, Chemistry & Maths.
Your age should be in between 16.5 to 19 years.
You must have an Indian citizenship.
Only unmarried male candidate can join Air Force through NDA.

I don't think that the MBA in Healthcare Administration is same as MHA.
However, I would strongly suggest that you go through the official institute website which is www.fms.edu and learn more details about the MBA programs being offered so as to get a better understanding of the same.

Yes, most of the colleges are accepting Bachelor's degree from IGNOU. You can pursue M.Sc in regular mode from any university of India. IISC also accepts the degree provided by IGNOU.

Start with the basic things and slowly move to the advanced level.
