It's really nice to see a youngster with dreams in his eyes. Keep it up. Firstly, good academics. Try to learn first and then score good marks in every exam. By the time you come up for the fourth year, many things would have changed.
At that point in time worry, not now. Presently, only good academics is needed.

It depends entirely upon your career aspirations and interests. Choose an MBA if you want to work at the management level; choose MCA if you have an inclination towards coding and technical topics.

You have got really good marks in M.Tech. Congratulations. I feel the best course of action is to take admission for research in one if the Canadian colleges and then look for job. Then only you can get opportunities to settle in Canada.

I really appreciate your dreams. But why M.Tech? You can do M.Sc in maths. Ph.D also. But unfortunately, B.Tech is the required eligibility for M.Tech.

There is a huge gap in your education unfortunately. But, don't get disheartened, because if you have passion for music, I would suggest you to go for a correspondence course in music from a Sangeet Sameeti Allahabad or Pracheen Kala Kendra, Chandigarh or Gandharva Mahavidyalaya.

Yes, you can seek lateral admission in BE. Or using an equivalent of Diploma with 12th can bid for admission in IIT.
