Hello,
It is not a compulsory measure to have an unblemished skin and fair color.
If grooming can cover up for your pimple marks or any blemishes or scars also, then it is perfectly fine and good to go with.
All the best.

Hello BK Sudarshan,
If you started, then see the pattern of paper as well as the topics frequently asked from the previous papers. Students score least in physics because of numerical problems. So work hard and have a good seating practice for study daily. Learn tricks in mathematics and physics to solve the questions in similar manner and quickly. Good luck.

It's not only about good percentile to get a call from an IIM, but your previous academics as well as work experience is also taken into consideration too. For IIM A 99.95+ percentile with splendid academics from 10th, 12th and degree along with a decent work experience will do the trick. Work experience is not an eligibility criteria though preference is given to it.
