Different institutes charge different fee. Btw, are you going for a part time MBA coz you working. If yes, then i would advice you to better go for an online MBA which i think is a better option. There are various universities which offer online MBA such as Amity University, Mahatma Gandhi University etc.

One has to be Graduate and has to clear UPSC exam to be an IPS officer.
The civil service examination is conducted by UPSC(UNION PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION)every year. The examination has three stages i.e.,
