With having M.Com in Finance as your qualification, I would suggest you to take up a good job to begin your career and based on which, gaining some experience will help you to gain better clarity about your interests and career objectives as well.
However, in case you are keen to pursue some educational programs definitely a management course is a good option to go about in Finance stream, and to do this through a good and a regular institute, it will require you to qualify an entrance as required by the institutes and based on which the shortlisting and selections are done.
