You should choose Physics Chemstry and Mathematics as main subject in class 11th
Prepare well for IIT Entrance examination when you qualify IIT ADVANCE examination with good score you will be into IITs
salary depend on that time market and if you from IIT your salary will be best in Industry as per that time scenario and you will be working with best companies
So first focus your goal as IIT not salary hit that goal then salary wont be problem for you
Last year average salary package of Electrical engineer from IIT was 9-10lakh per annum

last year the cutoff for CMAT sept was around 235 and CMAT feb was 198. I would suggest you apply through other exams like CAT,XAT,CMAT feb for better chances of converting.

Yes you can get job in level 5 companies or good organisations as you have a good experience of 3 years in oracle. It doesn't matter if you have done your degree through distance, if you are skilled and know what work needs to be done or excel in your profile than you can land a job for yourself in a good organisation as they test your skills and knowledge more and do accept distance education if you have relevant explanation what you were doing while pursuing your Graduation through distance.
