Hi Kushal,
Most of the Universities would require either a GRE or a GMAT scores for MIS. I would recommend go for GRE test in case you wish to pursue MIS. Also, what do you mean by "score card for MIS"?

After doing you masters in India you are asking which is best. Hi Nick,
Most of the universities in the US do not require work experience in case you are pursuing MS programs. However, the case is reverse in case you opt for MBA programs. Providing a list would be difficult as there are several universities that offer fresher MBA programs! Let me know in case you have additional questions!
