As you are pursuing undergraduate degree in IT, it would be advisable for you to pursue Masters in the same or related fields as it will add on to the knowledge of what all you have learned during graduation.
If you wish to pursue MBA, from good and top ranked universities abroad you need to have minimum 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
So if you wish to pursue MBA, it would be always advisable to work for some years after graduation, gain relevant work experience and then apply for MBA.
