Allotment of seats:
Convenor Quota ( Category A ):
The Convenor seats shall be 70% of sanctioned intake of seats in each course in Un-aided Minority & Non-Minority Professional Institutions, which shall be filled with eligible candidates on the basis of Rank obtained at Integrated Common Entrance Test and by following Rule of Reservation laid down by the Govt. from time to time.
Management Quota ( Category B) :
30% of the total intake of seats in each course in respect of Un-aided Minority & Non-Minority Professional Institutions, when shall be open for admission to all the eligible candidates including candidates belonging to other States and Union Territories of India and Non-Resident Indians (NRI).
Eligibility :for the candidates seeking admission into MBA must have studied Mathematics in SSC or its Equivalent.
Category A Seats :
On the basis of either Rank obtained at Integrated Common Entrance Test ( ICET ) conducted by the state and pass in the qualifying Examination (10+2+3) level and
Category B Seats :
On the basis of either Rank obtained at Integrated Common Entrance Test conducted by the state (or) marks secured in the qualifying examination not less than 50% of marks in aggregate or in Group Sub.

AS exam comes under the Civil Services exam conducted by UPSC.It is conducted in three stages i.e Preliminary,Main and Interview.You need to pass all the three stages in order to become an IAS.
The eligibility for IAS is as follows:
-Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
-Age limit: 21-30yrs.
If you fulfill the above criteria,then you can apply for IAS exam.
Preliminary exam consist of two papers i.e General Studies and Optional Subject.It is of 2hrs each.
Main exam consist of 9 papers in all.It includes Language: one of the Indian languages, English, Essay GK and Current Affairs: 2 papers on general studies Optionals: papers from two subjects that fall in optional-1 and two papers from optional-2.

Both the countries you mentioned are among the best study destination to pursue MBA, there are many good and top ranked universities in both of these countries.
A degree offered by universities in these two countries are world wide acclaimed and acknowledged.
In order to pursue MBA form US and UK, you need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 60% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
At least 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
GMAT score of 600-700 plus.
TOEFL score of 90-100 plus or IELTS score of 7-8 bands plus.

Universities in UK and US have 2 admission intake in a year, namely:
Fall (August) intake.
Spring (January) intake.
Average fees at UK universities is around 15,000 pounds per-year, average tuition fee at US universities is around US$ 30,000 per year, the tuition fee and living expenses might be more or less depending on the university and location.
