Hai Alok:
If you are having more than 6 years of work experience, you can join Executive MBA as it is having edge over regular MBA programs. It prepares you to develop strategies, manage change & innovations, groom human capital etc.
It would be better to join any renowned organization such as IIM,FMS, IMT, or XLRI for the executive program. You can also join any institute which is providing virtual classrooms with collaboration of these organisations.
If you are looking to work along with working (which is a very good option) you must do exec MBA.
