Hi,
As you have completed your graduation, it would be advisable for you to work for some years and gain relevant work experience.
Working will help you, to know in which field you actually wish to pursue your career, and accordingly you can pursue the the course which best suits your profile.
As you have posted this question under US section, I would like to inform you, that you won't get a student VISA for 6 months course.
In order to get student VISA for US, the duration of the course should be at least 1 year.
I hope this answers your query.

General
Approach the test with a plan
At first, you should define where your strengths and weaknesses lie. It will help you to plan where to focus your energies. Firstly, work on questions you are good at and make sure to answer them correctly. Then move on to questions that are more difficult for you to answer.
Be well-rehearsed
Practice makes permanence! Train yourself to concentrate on a task for several hours (as TOEFL takes several hours). Find time to sit aside in a quiet place to take some practice exams.
Be ready for test conditions
You do not know what temperature will be in the testing room, so dress in layers and bring a sweater

Go for either NIIT or JETKING. Both provide good placement assistance and enjoy better brand names.
