See it does not like which is good or bad. This is all your comfort level and attitude. If you are good in accounts, the go for finance or if good in communication skills then go for HR.

Hi Sarang, such a specialised course may not be available in the countries you are asking. If you insist on going to these countries only then you can go for MSc computer science or Information Technology and study this subject in your final sem and specialise in it. IT related courses are available in SIM University, PSB Academy, TMC Academy, SMU. Or if you insist on going for the particular course then you can try in the UK - Bournemouth University offers a specialist course in VLSI. Eligibility will be 60% in graduation and 6.5 in IELTS.

Presently, the maximum age condition for Civil Service Exams of UPSC is 30 years and is likely to be reduced after the UPSC switches over to the new pattern exam of CSAT. If on completion of your B.Com, you qualify the prescribed age condition you will definitely be able to avail the opportunity for attempting the Civil Services Exam.
BEST OF LUCK.
