As per your profile, as you have already left your job, so in that case I would suggest you not to waste your year and take admission in this year only.
As per your percentile in MAT, you look for some of the below mentioned institutes:
- Christ university- Bangalore.
- Alliance university- Bangalore.
- Institute of Rural Management- Jaipur.
- Siva Sivani Institute of management-Hyderabad.
- Indian business academy-Bangalore.
- SCMS- Cochin.

As per my understanding, I think you want to become a pilot. If yes, then below is the procedure.
1)
To become a pilot :
* You need to first possess a Student Pilot License. You must be over 17 years of age and have completed 12th in Science (Physics and Mathematics) with 50%.
* Your vision in one eye must be perfect. In general medical terminology, it is called 6/6 eyesight. In the other eye, you could have an imperfection of 6/9, which must be correctable to 6/6.
General physical fitness is mandatory. You must be free of any disease that can hamper normal function.
* You need to register at a flying club which is recognized by Dir

You can speak to your respective college if they can release you from the 5 year course by granting you exit with a bachelor degree- B.A, B.COM or B.B.A, whichever you are pursuing.
And then further proceed for 3 year LLB program from any other university.
