I strongly suggest looking at community colleges in your area. For example - ITM School of Culinary Arts, They might have a good culinary program. There are more expensive schools that you can go with a little better but given that you'll probably 10-11 dollars an hour as a line cook right out of school is not worth it to accumulate a lot of debt to some fancy culinary studies. As compare to other culinary programs ITM is cost effective and also well beneficial for you. Culinary education is only a foot in the door most of what was that a Cook is talent, experience and hard work. Many chefs I've met never even gone to the kitchen of the school; have just started working in restaurants at a young age and made his way.
Now the point ENFP scope - Chief would be great for an ENFP because everything is always different and can be creative at any time. Leadership is evolved to as you run a kitchen. You can also leverage that skill into your own business later. Only Branding Branding Branding!

For an entry to the UK universities, you would be required to have a first class graduation and an English Language test score (IELTS/ TOEFL/PTE etc). The university would also seek an experience of at least 2 years in managerial cadre .
