Pharmacy is a profession with many career options, so I suggest you that you have to choose in which field you are interested to work. So decide based on your circumstances. As of my knowledge master in public health, Masters in health informatics, Masters in regulatory are highly paid job opportunities and MBA in health administration is also a good career option. R&D and Ph.D. are time consuming and slowly growing areas but later on you might be paid well. If you 3 mores years you can also doctor of pharmacy but most of the non clinical jobs that doctor of pharmacy get are also requiting B. pharmacy graduates.
