IELTS is a test usually conducted for students who wish to go abroad to countries like UK, US, New Zealand etc. for their higher studies. It shall now depend on your course interest that you wish to pursue and other information details like country from where you plan to pursue the course and the admission procedures required to qualify.

hi jithin, as far as MS in electronics and communication is concerned, u can go for Germany as it is a FREE education. MOst of the universities are funded by the govt. A student is able to complete his masters in 6 - 7 lacs for 2 yrs. You are reqd to clear only the IELTS exam for the same with a minimum of 6.5 bands.

mba is as two years program. can be completed in India and abroad on basis of entrance test . but for mba honors pl see the link for your answer
