First thing is you have to find out the reason for that. every child is same you need to build interest in her for the studies or learning things. Also you can check her interest some child are interested in music, sports rather then study you need to help her in that direction. Dont get demotivated and also dont demotivate her. Do as per her understanding and try to get her problem by love and affection not by strict nature. I am sure she will grasp the things.
