However, like always I would say that nothing but your innermost talent and passion should lead you to the course and the institute you choose. If your family does not demand your immediate employment, then I would strongly recommend you to pursue PG. The reason is, if you get in employment in a hurry, and compromise on your skills, you will be left stagnant in the job very soon. Further at the time if you feel to do a course, then you will have to do it part time. This will affect your job as well studies and your personal life. There are many employees today that are feeling to pursue PG, but are unable to do so due to the demands on the job front. Also if you go for employment, you will defintiely lose the tempo of studying. I would strongly recommend you to invest 2 years in your PG and in future you will not feel to look back in your career for any knowledge upgradation.
For Electrical Engineer like you, Infrastructure Management courses are best suited. You will get placements in L & T, NCC, Atlas Copco, Sunil HiTech, etc. Infrastructure sector is lacking in huge managerial talent. BE + Project Management will make wonders for you.
