With 15 years of education UK would be the best study destination for you to pursue MBA, as in order to pursue MBA from universities in US you need to have 16 years of education.
However, please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities in UK , you need to have atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
Besides work experience you also need to have very good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation, plus you need to take below mentioned test:
1. GMAT.
2. IELTS.
For your reference find below some of the finest universities in UK to pursue MBA:

2. University of Strathclyde.
3. Durham university.
So, as per your profile I would suggest you work for 2-3 years after completing your BBA, gain relevant work experience and then pursue MBA from good universities in UK as it will further enhance your career prospects.
