There are many good colleges which provide full time MMS & PGDM, but to quote not with SAP certification. So, you can do 2 year PG(MMS or PGDM in IT) and after that SAP certification(entire course is for 8-12 weeks). SAP certification requires that you should have minimum 16 years of education. Computer knowledge and a little knowledge in the area which you want to do the SAP course will be a big plus. You can find details of the SAP modules and trainings at sap.com/services/education. A lot of institutes across India do offer training in SAP modules.

There is a difference. SIRO recognition is about a quality of the institute whereas UGC recognition is all about recognition of the degree being awarded.
