No, if you want to pursue MBA from all reputed colleges, you need to give MBA entrance exams. Also, the chances of getting a better package at end of MBA depends on the college you get. An entrance exam would be followed with Group Discussion and Personal Interview in some cases. CAT is a difficult exam, but MAT, CMAT, SNAP, CET are relatively easy.
