There is nothing to worry about. You can apply for rectification in your details in the mark sheet. Your school from which you have done your class 12th will guide you. Moreover, in university or your college, you can put an application signature by your school principle to give you an extension on your documents for a month. Then you can submit your new mark sheet. This process will not take more than a month.
