Hi, I finished my BS Engg Tech from Bits Pilani, in 2006. Since then I have been trying get a admission for Part time ME/M tech in Anna university, SRM, Sathyabama univ. None of them have recognized the BS as valid course for ME/M tech. Please let me know if you had any luck getting admission.
However the only PG course that is easy to get is MS Manufacturing management from BITS Pilani as distance learning.

IELTS is not a course but a entrance exam. IELTS is accepted by most Australian, British, Canadian, Irish, New Zealand and South African academic institutions, over 3,000 academic institutions in the United States, and various professional organisations. It is also a requirement for immigration to Australia, New Zealand and Canada.

Hi,
I regret to inform you that you are not eligible to pursue a Masters degree in US due to the reason that your degree is a 3 year degree whereas the degree requirement in US is a 4 year degree or equivalent. You can either pursue a PG diploma in computers of 1 year duration and then apply to US, or look for a university in UK.
