Good academic record, preferably 50% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree form recognized university.

CET you are talking may be for MBA admissions, but there was a news recently AIMA has been taking steps to introduce entrance examination system for admissions to BBA courses. I am not sure how far things have gone. But normally for BBA admissions, colleges admit students directly based on qualifying marks in +2 right now (may be subject to change).
