As you are pursuing Bsc, there is no need for you to pursue B.com again, as after completing Bsc also you are eligible to pursue MBA.

As you are pursuing BCA, it would be advisable for you to work for 2-3 years after completing BCA and then opt for further studies.
The advantage of this step would be:
You will gain relevant work experience, and you will learn how to implement theoretical knowledge in practical situations.
After working you will know in which field you are actually interested in i.e. if you are interested in technical field than you can pursue masters in same or related field, where as if you are interested in management you can pursue MBA.
If you are interested in MBA, then this work experience would help you to get admission in good universities and institutes.
Finally if you work for some years, you can yourself finance partial or full tuition fees for the universities.

First of all I would request you, not to take stress, well both the course you mentioned i.e.MBA and MS are good course to pursue as both of them offers good career prospects and growth opportunities.
