You would then have to sit for the aptitude test and based on your score in that you may get a call for personal interview and then subsequently final offer.

There are 3 stages
1)CPT
2)IPCC
3)FINAL
CPT covers the following 4 papers
1)FUNDAMENTALS OF ACCOUNTING
2)MERCANTILE LAW
3)GENERAL ECONOMICS
4)QUANTITATIVE APTITUDE-which comprise of maths and statistics
You haven't mentioned anything about your stream.If you are a commerce student you won't find any kind of difficulty because the syllabus that is covered is what you have already studied in your class 11 and 12.But if you are a science student also there is no problem.Lot of science students are appearing for CPT nowadays.
