MIMT is a good management college. The fee structure is 2.4 lakhs for 2 years. It has an average placement package of around 3 LPA. Infrastructure is good too.

Yes, you can. For e.g. Kalshure takes internal test to assess your capability. However, several German institutes require you to complete 13 years of education which means completing 1st year of Bachelors and then applying for UG studies.

After BBM course, one can work as Business Development Executive, Business Consultant, Business Development Executive etc in a reputed firm. You can also work as Administrative Officer, Business Analyst etc in organizations that offers the same. Tourism sector also offers various career openings to BBM graduates. CAT is considered only in India and GMAT is considered in India and abroad for abroad studies. But, few colleges give admission on the basis of GMAT abroad. Mostly, colleges give admission on the basis of IELTS score. On the other hand, CAT is majorly considered in all Indian colleges and only few colleges consider GMAT.

Yes, from 2017 onwards NITs and state government colleges would accept JEE Mains rank. Mains rank would be on the basis of marks you get in Mains. There will be no role of boards mark.

You are advised to appear for CAT, XAT, MAT, SNAP, NMAT, IIFT, IRMA, etc. MBA entrance examinations to seek admission in good B-schools for MBA degree course. Out of different MBA entrance examinations, if you prepare for CAT, it will help you crack other examinations with minor additional preparations.

As per my knowledge, you have too much backlogs, but some colleges prefer only IELTS score. So, you have a better chance.
